COMMERCIAL TERMS

 

Prezzi: tutti i prezzi sono espressi in euro, per singolo pezzo IVA inclusa. Franco nostro magazzino.

Prices: all prices are expressed in euro, per single piece including VAT. Franco our warehouse.

 

Ordini: dovranno pervenire direttamente dal sito indicando taglia e quantità, o tramite e-mail indicando: codice articolo, colore, taglia e quantità. Non si accettano ordini telefonici.

Orders: must be received directly from the site indicating size and quantity, or via e-mail indicating: article code, color, size and quantity. We do not accept telephone orders.

 

Spedizione: solitamente avviene entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento del pagamento ed è gratuita in Italia, a carico dell’ acquirente per il resto dei paesi, variabile a seconda della destinazione.

Shipping: usually within 2 days of receipt of payment and is free in Italy, charged to the 'buyer for the rest of the countries, variable depending on the destination.

 

Consegne: non ci riterremo responsabili di eventuali furti o smarrimenti della merce durante il trasporto. Le eventuali spese derivanti da ritardi o mancati ritiri saranno a carico del cliente.

Delivery: We will not be responsible for any theft or loss of the goods during transport. Any expenses arising from delays or failure to collect will be borne by the customer.

 

Grammature, colori e taglie: variazioni tecniche sono possibili, poiché i prodotti sono in continuo sviluppo. Le indicazioni relative al peso si riferiscono al capo colorato, salvo dove è specificato diversamente, e sono conformi ad uno standard soggetto a variazioni. I colori riprodotti sul catalogo sono orientativi.

Grammage, colour and size: technical variations are possible, as products are constantly being developed. Weight specifications refer to the coloured garment, unless otherwise specified, and conform to a standard subject to variation. The colours shown in the catalogue are for information only

 

Disponibilità merce: in caso di mancanza merce sarà nostra premura informare attraverso la dicitura “Sold Out” sulla foto del capo esaurito.

Availability of goods: in case of lack of goods will be our responsibility to inform through the wording "Sold Out" on the picture of the item sold out.

 

Reclami: dovranno essere comunicati entro un massimo di 7 gg dal ricevimento della merce. In caso di colli mancanti o danneggiati alla consegna, scriverlo sul DDT o lettera di vettura del trasportatore.

Complaints: must be communicated within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of goods. If any packages are missing or damaged on delivery, write this down on the carrier's DDT or waybill

 

Resi: se il cliente è un consumatore e per qualche motivo non soddisfatto dell’ordine può esercitare il diritto di recesso ai sensi del d.lgs n. 206/2005 (codice del consumo) entro 14 giorni e non oltre dalla data di ricevimento della merce, acquistata su www.fri-go.it, dando comunicazione scritta alla nostra sede mediante lettera raccomandata A/R (farà fede la data del timbro postale). È possibile inviare la comunicazione, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante posta elettronica a:

info@fri-go.it, specificando nell’oggetto “Diritto di recesso”, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le quarantotto ore successive.

In tutti i casi verranno respinti i resi non accompagnati dall’autorizzazione scritta dalla nostra società, con la quale si comunica il numero di reso che ti invieremo a mezzo e-mail a conferma dell’avvenuto ricevimento della richiesta di recesso.

 

Il diritto di recesso si intende esercitato correttamente qualora siano rispettate le seguenti condizioni:

 

1. Il prodotto dovrà essere reso unitamente al modulo di recesso sottostante allegato e compilato in tutte le sue parti.

2. Il cartellino identificativo deve essere ancora attaccato al prodotto.

 

3. Il prodotto deve essere restituito nella sua confezione originale.

 

Non verranno accettati resi di capi ricamati, stampati, o comunque personalizzati.

Si prega quindi di verificare l’esatta corrispondenza della merce con quella ordinata prima di procedere alla restituzione.

Il consumatore sarà liberato ed avrà diritto alla restituzione di quanto pagato al venditore, al netto delle spese di consegna e rispedizione (sempre a carico del consumatore), solamente dal momento in cui il venditore, controllata la merce ed attestatane l’integrità e la perfetta corrispondenza a quanto venduto, confermerà il tutto e avviserà il consumatore a mezzo e-mail di accettazione del reso.

Il rimborso deve avvenire entro 30 giorni dalla data in cui il venditore è venuto a conoscenza dell’esercizio del diritto di recesso da parte del consumatore. Le somme si intendono rimborsate nei termini qualora vengano effettivamente restituite, spedite o riaccreditate con valuta non posteriore alla scadenza del termine precedentemente indicato.

The right of withdrawal is deemed to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:

 

1. The product must be returned together with the attached withdrawal form and completed in its entirety.

 

2. The identification tag must still be attached to the product.

 

3. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

 

We will not accept returns of garments embroidered, printed, or otherwise customized.

Please check that the goods correspond exactly to those ordered before returning the product to us.

The consumer will be freed and will have the right to return the goods paid to the seller, net of the cost of delivery and return (always borne by the consumer), only when the seller, checked the goods and certified their integrity and perfect correspondence to what was sold, will confirm all and will notify the consumer via e-mail acceptance of the return.

The refund must be made within 30 days from the date on which the seller has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer. Amounts shall be deemed to be repaid on time if they are actually repaid, dispatched or credited with value date not later than the expiry of the term previously indicated.

DAZI DOGANALI PER SPEDIZIONI EXTRA UE

CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS

 

In caso di spedizione indirizzata in un Paese non facente parte dell'Unione Europea, la merce potrebbe essere soggetta all'imposizione di dazi doganali ed eventuali tasse sulla vendita.

If shipped to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes.

 

Ogni onere aggiuntivo relativo allo sdoganamento sarà esclusivamente a carico del destinatario.

Any additional charges relating to customs clearance shall be borne exclusively by the consignee.

 

In caso di rifiuto della merce da parte del cliente o di mancata consegna per altre motivazioni (es. indirizzo e/o numero di telefono errati del destinatario; ripetuta assenza del destinatario, ecc.) sarà trattenuto l'importo a copertura delle seguenti spese: "invio merce" + "ritorno merce" + "dogana per rientro" e addebitato al destinatario.

In case of rejection of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (eg. wrong address and / or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, etc..) will be withheld the amount to cover the following expenses: "shipment goods" + "return goods" + "customs for return" and charged to the recipient.

 

Sarà invece rimborsato il prezzo della merce.

Dazi doganali ed eventuali tasse variano in base al Paese di destinazione e vengono applicate all'arrivo della merce nel Paese medesimo.

Customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country.
